Beauty | Can you really rid of cellulite?
Very few women escape the wrath of cellulite, even celebrities that have personal trainers guiding their way. However, all is not lost.
Most of us can deal with cellulite. That is until we book a holiday, and face the reality of having to wear a bikini.
Getting rid of cellulite can seem like an impossible task. There are plenty of creams and potions to help the cause, but there are also many natural remedies that may expedite the process.
All cases of cellulite are associated with the loss of skin elasticity and decreased workflow. Therefore, anything that improves either of these two factors can help to fight it.
Dry skin brushing is a top priority. This stimulates skin cell rejuvenation and helps improve lymphatic flow. This system is part of the body’s way to naturally carry toxins out of the body, an important part of how to get rid of cellulite.
Before showering, use a natural bristled skin brush and follow in circular strokes around the whole body. After showering, cover your skin in coconut oil. Repeat this daily.
To get more effective results from dry brushing, use a coffee scrub. This may not sound too appealing, but it helps to dramatically improve blood flow.
After dry brushing, step into the shower and massage legs and cellulite areas with the coffee grounds for a few minutes. Shower normally and apply the coconut oil.
Improving elasticity and detoxification are best accomplished from the inside. A cocktail of lemon juice and cayenne pepper three time per day is the most effective method, according to the beauty experts.
Allow for better circulation by wearing loose fitting clothes. Tight clothes, such as skinny jeans, may be having the opposite effect so put them away for a few weeks!
Unfortunately, beating cellulite also means doing some exercise. Get the blood flowing by doing some simple exercises each day; even a quick walk will suffice. If you are a fitness fanatic, ensure to rub lotions or massage oils into the affected areas after your routine to improve blood flow.
