Ever wanted Liam Neeson to read you a bedtime story? Well now’s your chance.

The Ballymena heart-throb made an appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show earlier this week to promote his new movie, Run All Night.

The movie follows Jimmy Conlon (Liam Neeson) who has one night to decide whether his loyalties lie with his estranged son, Mike (Joel Kinnaman), or his lifelong best friend and resident mobster, Shawn Maguire (Ed Harris). It’s the perfect tale of revenge and redemption, plus, it makes us want our very own Liam Neeson even more than usual. Who wouldn’t want someone like him on hand just incase something bad was to happen?

Anyways, while on the show, Liam decided to read a classic children’s book, ‘Five Little Monkey’s Jumping on the Bed’. He soon gave up on the story in exchange for an intense, but brief summary which he delivered with a stone cold look in his eye. It’s one of the most daunting story telling experiences we’ve come across in a while!

The kids mightn’t be too impressed with his ability to tell a bedtime story, but we’d still let him read to us. Somehow, we might be able to get over the fear…
