Meet Kevin The Carrot

Every year household brands force us to get emotional about Christmas with their immense advertising powers.

It’s usually a battle between John Lewis, Guinness, Lidl and the phone networks to see who can get the largest response on social media for being a tear-jerker.

This week the first of the 2016 adverts was released for supermarket giant Aldi.

Starring Kevin The Carrot – for which there is of course a hashtag – the dinner is set, Santa’s snack rests by the fire and all Kevin wants to do is keep his eyes open to catch a glimpse of the big fella.
