Want to know how Feng Shui can help fix your finances and how you can use smell to change your mind for the better? Then you’ll want to pop the Mind, Body, Spirit and Wellness Festival in Dublin’s RDS in to your diary for next month.

Taking place from October 29th – 31st, Ireland’s longest established Mind, Body, Spirit and Wellness Festival celebrates its 21st birthday this year with 75 life-enhancing talks from top Irish and international experts in the fields of positive psychology and self-help, plus exhibits by over 150 complementary and healing practitioners.

Leading US Feng Shui expert Amanda Collins, whose clients include Bloomingdales and Dreamworks film studios, will reveal how you can set up your home to find financial freedom, while aromatherapist Sinead Duffy will show how we can all tap into the amazing action of smell on the unconscious mind.

Top New York personal trainer Kaman Ryan will provide a taste of Animal Flow, the latest exercise trend from the US while Psychologist Michaela Avlund, author of Happiness Skills, will be explaining how increased joy and well-being is within everyone’s reach and nutritional therapist Ola Mazurkiewicz will be giving diet tips to tackle your personal energy crisis.

Free yoga taster sessions are also being provided at this year’s festival with 20 minute to one hour classes available three times a day as well as a host of other wellness and mind enhancing therapies and workshops. With over 150 stands, visitors can explore everything from angels and aromatherapy to reiki and reflexology, with sound therapy, massage, meditation, mindfulness, bio-energy healing, crystals, chakra tools, Tibetan bowls and yoga therapy there to be discovered.
