The Housework Workout

With such busy and hectic lives, it’s difficult to find the time to get your exercises in when we’re juggling our work schedules and social lives, never mind throwing kids into the mix and finding the time to do household jobs too. We’ve previously looked at ways to keep fit while you’re in the office (see here) but there are other exercises you can incorporate into your daily routine too.

While the tea towels on the floor may not be the most hygienic way to keep a shining floor, Lizzy Williamson, the fitness guru who incorporates fitness into daily life, shows us how easy it is to keep ourselves toned and get the heart racing whilst getting some necessary jobs done too. We were always very good at multi-tasking!
