We were very lucky ducks to go to London Town (to see the Queen) for a behind the scenes look at the trends creeping into M&S stores in the New Year.
From ridding their till sections of confectionery, to reducing the fat content of their meats, the chain will embrace natural and vegetable based products for 2016.
