Just because we’re trying to be good, doesn’t mean we should scrimp on our Friday night treat. Here is one cocktail you can make yourself tonight that is guiltfree but with all the joy.


Vitality Vodka Cocktail

What you need:

One Cucumber

Two sticks of celery

Head of romaine lettuce

Small piece of fresh ginger

Two green apples


Use a juicer and blend all ingredients, keeping the vodka until the end. It’s healthy, refreshing, tasty and all the happiness that comes with a cocktail too. Try this one at home tonight and you’ll still feel fresh tomorrow – and pleased with yourself too!
