Whether you’re racing out the door to work or late for the school run, eating breakfast is often the last thing on our minds. But since it’s the most important meal of the day, it’s one we should be making the time to eat. The avocado is one of our favourite healthy food choices and this is a handy – and tasty – way to eat it when you don’t have too much time. Mash it up, spread on toasted brown or wholemeal toast – adding a drizzle of olive oil or lemon juice – and you’ll be set up for the day.




Yoghurt with grapes and granola

Whether your granola is home made or shop bought, this is one breakfast you can pack into a container or thermos flask and eat on the go. Layer it up, with granola, grapes (or other fruits of your choice) and yoghurt on top. It’s a tasty, healthy breakfast that will fill you up for longer too.
