The questions to ask in a job interview

When a potential employer is finished grilling you, they usually give you the opportunity to ask questions.

So be prepared to make the most of that time – of course you want them to pick you for the job, but it’s just as important that the company is a right fit for you too. While most job specs will provide you with the basic information you need, there will always be more information available to you once you start digging for it.
Besides, having questions prepared will show the company that you’re interested and eager.

So consider the following questions at your next job interview…

What aspirations do you have for the person who fills this role?

What obstacles are usually encountered in this particular role?

What’s the best thing about working for your company?

How does the company help to build relationships in teams?

How would you describe the company’s culture?

What is the staff turnover like in this company?
