Holiday prize is for two adults for 4 nights on Bed & Breakfast Basis for Double Occupancy in a Superior room at Phoenicia Malta. 

Prize includes 2 x return flights with Ryanair from Dublin to Malta

Departure dates are subject to availability and the prize must be booked at least six weeks in advance of the planned departure date.

Valid for travel only during low season until March 2022. 

Holiday must be taken on mutually agreed dates and cannot be taken in high season, during bank holidays or mid-term breaks. 

Winner and guest must hold valid travel insurance for the holiday duration. 

Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates agreed and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative prize and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. 

The promoter reserves the right to substitute prize of equal value if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever. 

Holiday is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

The prize is non-transferable, winner must be part of the travelling party, prize voucher must be presented on arrival at hotel. 

Any prize elements not availed of during the agreed travel dates will be deemed to have been forfeited. 

Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. airport transfers, flight baggage, travel insurance, food, beverages, etc.) will be at the winner’s expense. 

The promoters are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury that may occur to a winner or their guest arising from a winner’s acceptance of a prize. 

The Malta Tourism Authority and The Phoenicia Malta accept no responsibility if flights are cancelled or changed after the booking is made due to reasons beyond its control. Winners are always advised to check online the timings of the departure and arrivals of the flights they will be travelling on.
