This year’s AW21 ready-to-wear collections have surprised and delighted fashionistas everywhere by bringing back some older trends and transforming them into something new and exciting. The classic 70’s abstract print has had a complete makeover with fashion houses such as Stella McCartney and Emilio Pucci using the print to create funky knit dresses and bodysuits. Also seen, was a great emphasis put on outerwear with quilted coats, oversized jackets and chic blazers at the forefront of almost every collection. And let’s not forget about the beauty of the LBD. Suits

Abstract Print
One of my favourite runway trends for AW21 is the infamous abstract print. The retro look of the pattern makes me want to go out and buy a pair of white go-go boots to strut around in. Most designers paid homage to the abstract print within their collections but Emilio Pucci, Anna Sui and Stella McCartney stole the show.
