For a night time vibe, sultry liner with a bold lip can quickly be achieved in a matter of products. Opt for quad palettes as the four colours work together to create an eye look which pops against your natural eye colour and use a kohl pencil to smoke out the edges where you would usually apply your liner. Add some dimension by adding a couple of individual lashes to your lash line.
