Mary Mitchell suffered with sensitive dry skin during her teens, and founded Green Angel in 2006 with her husband Chris to make skincare products from natural plant oils and Irish seaweed. In 2020, the brand took over the well-known Tap pub along the old N11 route and set it up as their new flagship space.

26>> DR JOANNE REILLY, KINVARA Dr Joanne Reilly set up Kinvara Natural Skincare because she was frustrated with the lack of efficacious products on the shelves. Previous work in Sumatra and Mauritius allowed Reilly to see how the knowledgeable locals used plants for natural apothecary.
The brand has expanded globally and now has an army of loyal customers. Kinvara has become a cult must-have for the modern woman’s skincare routine.
