Floral Sweetheart Neckline Midi Tea Dress €54
Midi dresses will never go out of style - thank God I have loads of them. They’re wearable all year round, making them the perfect investment piece and in the autumn, a pair of black ankle boots and a faux leather jacket can inject a hint of biker chic (a big trend for autumn) into your look.
Suede Studded Open Toe Clogs €50
I wasn’t sure how I felt about clogs coming back into fashion but I’ve slowly developed a newfound love for them. Styled with bootcut or flared jeans, heeled clogs will elongate your legs and create the illusion of height without any need for sky-high stilettos.
H&M
Satin Wrapover Shirt Dress €22.99
This satin wrap dress from H&M is a rare find - inexpensive, flattering and a stylish twist on the LBD, you’ll be reaching for this more often than not. Pair with bold coloured heels and a matching bag - my choice would be orange or red for a statement look.
Shoulder Bag €39.99
I love craft-inspired bags at the moment, and they’re a big trend for autumn. I think this pop of powerhouse red will be gorgeous to brighten up any dull and gloomy winter days.

River Island
Purple Paisley Midi Dress €67
I love this purple tie-waisted dress and especially the long flared sleeves. I’ve been experimenting with colour this year and for Autumn I think this midi-length paisley print is a great transition piece for me.
Pink Satin Cowl Neck Blouse €40
At this time of year, I buy one or two pink staple pieces to wear for speaking events during breast cancer awareness month (October) and this beautiful satin cowl neck will be perfect with classic black trousers.

Girl In Mind Wrap Maxi Dress €46
My colour for 2022 has been green, all shades but especially apple green. The waist is back for Autumn/Winter (never good news for me) but this wrap maxi is very forgiving and I have already invested in some blazers and bags that will work perfectly with it.
Linzi Twilight Slingback Heeled Sandal With Diamante Bow Trim €46
I love these little slingbacks and the touch of bling on the bow. They’re a great match for my green maxi dress and a host of blouses in my wardrobe. I have some smart events coming up in September and these would be perfect for the cooler days.

Zara
Asymmetric Knit Tunic Dress €49.95
Fluid, colour pop, soft knit and easy to wear - what’s not to love about this simple yet bold tunic dress. Plenty of options on styling. Could be worn with jeans or with matching wide-leg trousers. Go wild and wear it on its own, and a pair of equally brightly coloured chunky sandals - orange would be fabulous. On colder days it would look sharp with a pair of black knee-high boots.
Statement Earrings - wide range starting from €9
If you haven’t discovered the sheer joy of jazzing up the plainest outfit with a pair of statement earrings, then get thee to the Zara website. The range is amazing and, at the price, worth trying at least one even if you’re not sure. The key is to keep everything else as simple and unfussy as possible.
Cos
Slim-Fit Elasticated Waist Shirt €69
For classic pieces with excellent tailoring at a reasonable price, it’s hard to beat Cos. While not quite a colour pop piece, this electric blue shirt provides plenty of interest to the most basic outfit and would work with white or blue jeans, and even black trousers if you want to keep it understated. The elasticated waist provides shape and structure without compromising on comfort.
Regular-Fit Twill Trench Coat €175
A twist on the classic trench, this has a sharp cornered collar and hidden pockets bringing it bang up to date. A wardrobe staple, this will bring you from cooler summer evenings right into autumn (and come back again in spring). It’s made from stretch cotton so comfortable to wear over any outfit.
