Make... Star Seafoods garlic prawns in white wine sauce
Serves: 2 people
Ingredients
· 300 g of Prawns
· 1 cup of White wine
· 25 g of Butter
· 300g of Noodles
· 30 g of Parmasen
· Olive oil
· 50g Sundried tomato
· 200ml Half and half cream
· 100g of Spinach
· Salt and Pepper
Method
1. Pan fry the prawns for 2 minutes on each side melting the butter with the prawns
2. Take the prawns out of the frying pan and add the white wine, sundried tomatoes, half and half cream, spinach, salt and pepper and mix well for 5 minutes
3. Add back in the prawns as well as the parmesan cheese and cook for another 2 minutes
4. Mix in with cooked noodles.
