20 Christmas questions with… Rosie Connolly

1.      Do you believe in Santa? Absolutely

2.      What was the best Christmas present you’ve ever received? I think it would have to be my first designer handbag, a Louis Vuitton never full. Such a treat.

3.      Christmas pudding: with cream, custard or both? Controversial but I don't like Christmas pudding.

4.      What’s your favourite festive tune or what’s on your festive playlist? Michael Bublé’s Christmas album for sure. 

5.      Which three things do you want for Christmas? After the year it’s been, all I want is for my family to be healthy, happy and safe this Christmas. 

6.      Turkey or ham? Or neither? BOTH!!

7.      Tell us a Christmas joke. What’s a sheep’s fave Christmas song? Fleece Navidad.

8.     Are you good at wrapping presents? Yes, it’s one of my favourite things to do, it brings me so much joy! This year I am working with One4all and they want us all to celebrate the moments of joy that make Christmas special. So, for me, this is one of them! 

9.      What does Christmas mean to you? It means time off to wind down and spend with loved ones, with no major plans and nowhere to be.

10.       Who will you be spending Christmas with? And who does the cooking? We will be spending this Christmas with our close friends, who are also amazing cooks so they are kindly doing the cooking this year.

15.       Be honest: is it better to give gifts or receive them? Giving, 110 per cent. That’s the magic of Christmas.

16.       Who is the most difficult person to buy for? ME! Haha, people always tell me I am difficult to buy for. I never really ask for anything!

17.       If you could invite anyone for Christmas dinner, who would it be? Dermot Kennedy, so he can sing for us all day! 

18.       Where do you spend the actual day? At home in our house.

19.       Do you make New Year’s resolutions – and do you stick to them? Yes, I make them every year but don't always stick to them all!

20.       What’s the most Christmassy thing you own? Probably my Christmas wreath that I have had for a few years now.
